Planning for the Lift and Drawers
The foot-end drawers need clear floor space in front of the bed. Measure from the footboard to the nearest wall, dresser or chair and allow room to open each drawer and stand comfortably while loading it.
Keep stored items below the gas-lift platform and clear of the hinges and lift arms. The illuminated shelves and charging point also require access to power, so plan the bed position around a suitable outlet and keep cables away from bedding.
