About these terms
This website, beds4u.com.au, is operated by Beds4U, a Western Australian retailer with showrooms across the Perth metro area. By placing an order with us, online, by phone or in store, you agree to these terms. These terms do not exclude, restrict or modify any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.

Products, pricing and availability
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. We take care to keep product information, pricing and stock accurate, but errors can occur. Where a price or description contains an obvious error, we may correct it; if you have already ordered at an incorrect price, we will contact you with the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. Product photos and colours are indicative — natural variations in fabrics, timber and screen settings mean the delivered item may differ slightly. Dimensions are approximate. For products with a specified weight capacity, such as lift chairs, Hi-Lo beds and adjustable beds, please check the stated capacity before purchase — our team is happy to help you choose the right model.

Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order where there is a pricing or stock error or suspected fraudulent activity; if we do, any amount you have paid is refunded in full, promptly.

Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. If you purchase using third-party finance, your finance arrangement is a separate contract with that provider under their terms.

Delivery, risk and title
Delivery options, areas and charges are set out on our Delivery Information page. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary by location and stock. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; ownership passes when payment is received in full.

Returns and consumer guarantees
Our returns process is set out in our Returns & Exchanges policy. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law; nothing in these terms limits those rights.

Warranties
Many of our products also carry a manufacturer's warranty, detailed on the product page or our Warranty Information page. Any such warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Website use
This website and its content are owned by or licensed to Beds4U and are for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or scrape or republish its content without permission.

Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, and other than as required by those laws, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply to orders placed after the change is published; your order is governed by the terms in effect when you placed it.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
