Warranty Information

Your rights come first
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Any warranty below is in addition to those rights and does not limit them.

Our warranty
All our beds and furniture are covered against manufacturing defects for a minimum of 12 months from the date of purchase. Many of our products carry longer manufacturer warranties — the applicable period is shown on the product page or confirmed by your store at the time of purchase, and appears on your receipt or product documentation. Where a product carries a manufacturer's warranty, we'll manage the claim with the manufacturer on your behalf.

What's covered
Faults in materials or workmanship under normal domestic use — for example structural failure of frames, faulty mechanisms or motors in adjustable beds, Hi-Lo beds and lift chairs, and manufacturing defects in mattresses.

What's not covered
Normal wear and tear, including gradual softening of mattress comfort layers; damage from misuse, accidents, alterations or failure to follow care instructions; commercial or non-domestic use; and comfort preference — a change of mind about firmness is not a defect. For hygiene and safety, items presented for assessment should be clean and free of stains.

How to make a claim
Contact your store of purchase (see our Store Locations page) or email info@beds4u.com.au with your proof of purchase, a description of the fault and photos where possible. We'll assess the claim promptly and arrange repair, replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law — see our Returns & Exchanges page for the process. You won't be charged for return freight or assessment of genuinely faulty goods.
